July 17, 2014: Karen Lynn shares with all of you this week her “Gluten Free/Liberal Paleo” food journey and while she is still new she has gotten to Day 78 at the time of recording this podcast and is hoping to inspire and encourage all of you! She shares her very truthful and sometimes “Hangry” journey as she dealt with the white knuckle stage and withdrawal from wheat flour and really removing all refined sugar from her diet. She also shares the truth that she will sometimes use fast food and certain establishments as a tool to cope and get through this journey.
