June 9, 2014 My Top 10 Household Items to NEVER buy NEW actually came from one of my weekly trips to a thrift store. I realized how easy it is to “go get a new_____” when something breaks or we think we need it. I’ll admit to often having that as my first though. But over the years, I come up with at least ten (10) things I will never buy new – ever again!
So as I walked through the thrift store once again looking at all of the household items and I started to compile a list in my mind of the top things that we have learned that it actually pays for us to buy them used rather than shop for a new replacement. I’d like to share my list of items with you in this show and tell you why they made my list!
